The Process

The counseling process looks different for each client, couple, or family, but often involves:

  • receiving clear and compassionate feedback

  • understanding core needs that are and are not being met

  • exploring conscious and unconscious beliefs that drive behaviors

  • clarifying longings about the future

  • fostering a more authentic sense of self and relationship

  • cultivating practical tools that create and sustain change

Who I Serve

I provide services for all clients across the gender spectrum; male, female, non-binary and LGBTQIA2S+.

At this time my practice does not focus on substance abuse or addiction, and is also unable to serve clients who have active suicidal ideation. However, I am happy to support with referrals to appropriate resources and providers.

If you are interested in the possibility of working together, please contact me.

We cannot change the past, but we can change how we understand the way it has impacted us and how we liberate ourselves in the present to free ourselves for the future.
